You’ve got 15 days to decide
Changed your mind? No worries — you have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
What can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, just make sure:

The item is in the same condition you got it

It’s unworn or unused

All tags are still attached

It’s in the original packaging

You’ve got your receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Uh-oh! If something’s not right with your order, let us know as soon as it shows up — whether it’s damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered.
We’ll make it right.
Things we can’t take back
Some items just can’t be returned. These include:

Want to exchange something?
The quickest way to swap an item is to return the one you have, then place a new order for what you want. Simple as that.
For our friends in the EU 🇪🇺
If you’re ordering from the European Union, you’ve got a 14-day cooling-off period.
That means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason needed. Just make sure it’s in the same condition, with tags, original packaging, and a receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If all’s good, you’ll get your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind — banks and credit card companies might take a little extra time to post the refund on their end.
