Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. MundoKantStop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or inaccurate billing or shipping information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production, fulfillment, or been shipped.

After this period, or once your order has begun processing, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at mundokantstop@gmail.com and include your order number.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are made available before they are ready to ship. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

Pre-order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limited Releases

Many MundoKantStop products are released in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked. Because of the limited nature of our releases, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or replacement items if inventory is unavailable.

Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or correct an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Approved cancellations made before processing begins will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
