We’re on it!
Once you place your order, we get to work. Most orders ship out in 1– 2 weeks , and we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Easy peasy.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Shipping rates depend on where you are and what you’re ordering — but no surprises, everything shows up at checkout.
Here’s a general idea of how long it’ll take after it ships:

U.S. orders: usually 1–7 business days

International orders: around 7–21 business days
🚚 Just a heads-up: shipping times aren’t set in stone. Holidays, weather, or customs can sometimes slow things down.

Tracking your order
Once your package hits the road, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow the journey. It might take a day or two for tracking to update, so don’t stress if it’s not instant.
International orders & extra fees
If you're ordering from outside the U.S., your country might add customs fees, taxes, or other import charges.
We don’t have control over those (and they’re not included in your order total), so just be aware they might pop up.
